I'm asking on behalf of a friend. Some people don't care for the NCV. There is an option to put denominations on them if it is possible.

I'm going to answer honestly and not hold anything back...

• These are NCV.
• These are expensive (well worth the price for what you get... its just times are tough/inflation/etc.).
• A new user is asking for ~$3000 and the only payments are non-refundable PPFF or Zelle. That's a huge ask for people to trust a new user. (Also, most banks don't allow a $3K send through Zelle. And even if they do, probably not to someone you've never paid before. Ask me how I know.)

Solutions: Not much you can do about NVC.
Not much you can do for the price either. It is what it is.

As for the trust... Local pickup with cash would work. And, expanding on that, ask a trusted person to local pickup for you and then ship.
Or ask a trusted user here on PCF to act as a third-party escrow.

I'd love to finish my Pharaoh set ... but does it become less value it it's mix matched NCV and Regular ... I used to have the CDI and Blue where a 1$ and the whites where .50 ... sorry random thought.
