Hi everyone ! I am a new member from the uk , specifically the East Midlands , been playing poker at the casinos for a few years now and recently decided to buy myself a poker table so I can host poker nights with friends and family , looking at getting a nice tournament set with the budget of anywhere from £150-£750 , I know shipping from America can be costly so would like some recommendations on what to buy and where to buy from! Been looking at the majestic sets and becoming a big fan of them? Has anyone had much experience with them and if so what are they like

Welcome !
Majestic have a nice design but it’s not the best chip you can get.
I understand your dilemma I’m also in Europe and total price is not the same. For exemple for a CPC set you need to take into account the extra fees (for EU and a 500-chip set, around 150-180€ for shipping and PP cost plus around 20% of custom fees…)

I know it’s horrible I can stretch my budget slightly just want to see what’s out there , appreciate the feedback on the majestic chips , I’ve also been looking at some royal chips but that would end up being my cash game chips

Welcome to the forum.
You are going to forget about a budget very soon.
Just read a lot and see a lot before spending (inevitably too much, by sane standards)
