Taking requests for chips. Here are the dollars and fives. If you want me to grab any for you, send me a PM. (I'm working on getting pics of other denoms.)

(fair warning, I don't do Paypal. But venmo or zelle are both fine.)

The casino spreads 2/2 Big O, and they had racks at the cage, so I don't think they are drop chips. But I didn't play at all. Just grabbed a rack of dollars and left.
OK, this is a new term for me; what are "drop chips"?

Maybe it’s the lighting but the $5 seems out of place with the rest of the lineup…it’s too early to explain myself, so I hope you get what I mean.

Can you grab me a $1, 2 $5s, 2 $2s, and 2 $25s? Add a small Taco Bell order for yourself and shipping and give me the total. :)

I’ll be in VA later this year for work and will name it over there but would like the mint chips now for display.

Don't understand why they use the same color for the edge spots. Seems like the new chip designer at GPI is really into that. Having the same spot on all denoms seems like the more traditional way of doing it, but same spot + same color just looks real bad most of the time.

On another note its nice to see yet another example of what looks like newly produced bearclaw chips? Maybe the bearclaw is not extinct after all.

PGI designer: "How about a design that reminds you of the best selling poker chips in the history of poker chips..."

I wouldn't be surprised to find out casinos sit on sets a long time before playing them.

TCR sells mint tournameht chips from closed casinos fairly often.

Congrats to Hard Rock Tulsa on successfully making chips with one of the best edge spot patterns look like hot garbage.
That’s exactly what I thought….what a waste. I’m glad to feel like I’m part of a team as I read further down the thread.

I can see it now, the sales call between GPI and Hard Rock management…

GPI: “Our studies have shown that ugly chips tend to stay on the property longer than pretty chips.”

Hard Rock: “Ugly chips!”
