Hello all,

I just signed up because I'm looking for some chips, leaning towards Paulson's. I see a users post that I want to buy off of, but I'm working through the restrictions. Look forward to speaking with some of you all, and buying some chips!

Welcome. Have you had a chance to use Paulsons? Be sure to get samples so you can get the full experience. Good luck. Happy hunting.
You know, that's a good point lol. I've used them at table games, and I'm sure at poker over the years but never really amounted a lot of them like we do in poker.

I was thinking of just buying a few racks at a fair price so that if I don't like themv for cash game, I'll just pass them along for little to no loss.

I do want to do more research, too, and get some of the WSOP style chips for tournaments, but haven't found those, yet. I know I'm at the right place to ask questions, though.

Thanks!

For the used casino Paulson's that are in good condition, I see them for a little over a buck a piece. Higher if mint condition. I'm so learning, observing, and researching though.
Keep researching, as a fun game what do you think a rack of this chip would be?

If you can keep you average bellow $2 peice, that's a real deal. If you are looking for specific chips, your price will jump anywhere from $4-$15/peice depending on what your looking for.

I've pulled together many racks of $1s for about $1.3 a peice, $5s for about $1.7, so hitting 25s and the rest about $2.5-$3 keeps my average low. Got lucky with some .50 from CPC that were over stock. But your getting mixed quality at these prices. Used to near mint. The chip room sales will give you the best price for the quality. My best advice is be patient while you learn what you want. Once you know what you want it's easier to shop and set a price. But keep this in mind, these paulsons are an investment at the end of the day. 99% of what you buy here you can sell off if they aren't right for your needs.
