So....

I sold all of my chips, and until I buy more, we’re stuck using dice chips :(

Normal game is single table, T7000 with rebuys. Starting stacks:

T25 x 16
T100 x 16
T500 x 6
T1000 x 2

Now we have dice chips. White, red and blue. Was thinking about using them as 100, 500 and 1000, but no way I can come up with starting stacks and structure in 2 hours. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Matt

If you have plenty of them, can't you just make them 25, 100 and 500? Say, blue for 25, white for 100 and red for 500? Just post it on the wall if your players are used to denominations. Maybe not ideal to play a T7000 without 1000 chips, but not sure why it's a deal breaker. An advantage of 25/100/500 over 100/500/1000 is that it doesn't use one of your only three colors as a mere 2x of another. But, mostly, it means you don't need to change the structure on them.

Thanks for the reply! They’re used to chips with denoms on them, so whatever I go with, i’ll be reminding people all night.

Here’s what I came up with, T10000, but I’m sure it sucks on multiple levels (not just the 1st jump)...

100 x 15
500 x 9
1000 x 4

100/200
200/400
300/600
400/800
500/1000
600/1200
700/1400
800/1600
900/1800
1000/2000
1200/2400
1500/3000

Use uneven blinds. Add 200-300 and 300-500 levels for more play.

Yeah, add a 100/300 level (and maybe start at 100/100) for more play. I'd ditch the 700/1400 and 900/1800 levels - too small of jumps, and inconsistent with the other level increases. The rest of the structure looks fine.

Subsequent levels would be:
2000/4000
3000/6000
4000/8000
6000/12000
8000/16000
if needed.

BG makes great suggestions. I would also give out more 1000 chips than 500 chips. You could do 15-5-6.
