Tourney Need Breakdown Help (1 Viewer)

Decided to stick with my CDIs for my tourney set. Looking to accomodate up to 30 players if possible. Current chip count is:

300 x $5
285 x $25
150 x $100
100 x $500

How would you recommend I finish out this 1,000 chip set, and what blind structure and starting stack would you recommend?

I'm not a fan of 5s in tourney, but with your setup, I guess a T2000 start with 30 players would need:

5s --> 10 (300) +10 extra in case of breaking/lost
25s --> 10 (300) +20 extra in case of breaking/lost and a few chip ups
100s --> 7 (210) +60 extra for chip ups/rebuys
500s --> 2 (60) +40 extra for rebuys

that gives you 1000 chips total including a bunch of extras for rebuys

I'm no expert in blind structure, but to get the ball rolling with suggestions, maybe something like:

15 30
20 40
30 60
50 100 (remove 5s)
75 150
100 200
150 300
200 400
250 500
300 600 (remove 25s)
400 800
500 1000
700 1400
1000 2000 -> game killer right there (y) :thumbsup:

30 player sets 1000 chip-sets are tight

I would use a T$3000 Starting Stack (10/10/7/4)

1000 Chips 300x5 300x25 220x100 180x500 (be sure to get spares if possible)


Blinds

10-20 15-30 20-40 30-60 40-80 60-120 Remove 5s

75-150 100-200 125-250 150-300 200-400 250-500 Remove 25s

300-600 400-800 600-1200 800-1600 1000-2000 1200-2400 Remove 100s

1500-3000 until finished

5s are fine to use, just use a different $5 in your cash game
