I need a new $1. I just don’t like the jack Detroit $1’s tbh.

I have a couple of jack cinci’s but they’re neither mint, nor am I a fan of mixing the molds in this case.

These are my options: keeping in mind that the hsi 1 and 1A are currently used in my hsi set, I prefer the 1A as it’s my favorite chips. I’ve got 200 of each.

I also have 100snapper fracs, and 200 overlabelled jack $100 Sec, I will only use those for 25¢/25¢ games so we don’t risk running into the black $100’s.

So I’m just looking for some advice. I would only look at over labeling one of the hsi $1’s. Which should it be?

Thanks.

I saw his, and I love them. I almost bought a rack but they're just too pricey. Going to run me $1000 for two racks.
It was not a cheap excursion by far. By the time I paid for shipping and labels and what I feel my time is worth, they are well beyond a price. But hard $$$ spent was $1400, for 3 racks.

Go with the Jack secondary $100, then acquire a new hundo. Do you ever break out the $100 chips at your game?

Once. Last week. And that was only because we were playing my small cash set with a bunch of gamblers.

I have a barrel of mint HSI primary $500’s. That could be a nice $100.

Although to be honest I’m feeling the jack secondary $100 remaining as the frac and keeping the jack Detroit $1.

This is turning into my favorite.

Personally, I think it's a little too monochrome to have black and white bases in the 3 main denoms. If the black had more colourful spots, then maybe.

Man, I would relabel a new $5 with this set using the Jack Detroit primary $25… the pink/lavender/purple/whatever those shades are are gorgeous together. Pic related is one of my sets. I’ve never relabeled it because there isn’t a reason to, but I use the $25 as 25¢, $100 as $1, and $500 as $5… perfect set. That HSI $1a would look great IMO.

If the $5 wasn’t so stunning I agree, the Detroit sec $500 would be amazing. But the $5, $25 & $100 are the stars of the lineup.

I’ve been talking with @Jeevansluck and I’m leannng more towards the Frac being my issue. May relabel the jack to a &1 and trade the frac’s off.

I love this hobby

I just don’t think the $5 fits for your lineup. But it’s a great chip for sure individually.
