Looking to see if there is a want for these chips at a decent price for people here. - say .50 a chip.

These are the only colour and I have many racks.

Although Seven Luck Casino (at Coex Center in Seoul, South Korea) did have promotional chips made by Matsui (see below), the above chips do not match any spot patterns offered by Matsui. Most likely those plastic chips made by either a South Korean or Chinese factory. It also seems that there was a big counterfeit operation conducted against the casino in 2008 (~3700 chips of 1M value), and in late 2018 they contracted with the company that mints currency for Korea (Minting and Security Printing Corporation) to produce new secure chips for the casino:
