For Sale My Old Poker Knights Slugged Plastic Chips (1 Viewer)

I'm downsizing my collection to pay for odds and ends for other wants and to help pay for roof repairs.

550 chips in total. Breakdown is for a cash game. Breakdown is as follows:

75 quarters
125 50 cent fracs
150 $1's
50 $2's
50 $5's
50 $10's
50 $25's

This was purchased pre PCF, so the breakdown is stupid, but perhaps a decent cash set can be massaged out of this, and add ons can always be purchased from just about any online poker supply store.

I paid 0.18 per chip, so about $100 plus shipping about 6 months ago. I felted these only twice and they're more or less in excellent to mint condition. I tried selling these to my poker crew but no one wanted them because they're happy with their dice chips The black case pictured below is not for sale.

If anyone has a kid, niece or nephew, grandkid, or kid cousin that you want to introduce to poker, this is a great offering. I'll sell all 550 chips for $85 shipped OBO in a MFRB in 6 Warneke chip boxes. Photos below. Thanks for looking!

I'm about 90% sure that they're composite clay with a slugged center for weight. They feel pretty heavy (13.5 g apiece IIRC) and do stand on edge.

I think you're right. They're advertised as "composite clay" but in reality are a hard, slugged plastic chip. Will edit the title.

Yeah, "composite clay" is marketing code word mumbo-jumbo for "cheap plastic".

They really do look sharp in person. I wouldn't recommend oiling these, though. I imagine they'd be so slippery and borderline impossible to handle.
