I'm going to need a case to hold all of these chips. I'm using two cases from some cheap chips I have but I want a nice case for these, what do you guys recommend?

Congrats, most of us were worried about it, looks like you had a great venture!

Nanuk cases are fantastic, and fast became my only case. They’re available in several colors and sizes on Amazon. The 930 will hold up to 2100 in standard racks, the 920 will easily hold 800 chips, although I don’t have as much experience with that model.

Most here like "birdcage" type cases. They allow us to display the chips while they are being stored. They are good for use within your home... not good for traveling... i.e. taking your chips to another location via car to host a game.

Do you want a case for transportation, or something nice to keep them in at home? Do you like the wood case in my avatar? It was made by my son who is a vendor here. @alecnetwoodworks
These seem like the obvious options. Either you’re displaying them at home or traveling with them. Personally, I’ve always liked cheap cases, but they don’t do either of those things very well. They have a low profile, so they’re easy to stick on a shelf or shove under a couch.

Congratulations on the great find and pickup! Looks like they all made it in OK shape despite the rather "loose" packing job the shipper did. These should serve you for many, many games for a very long time to come.

Enjoy the chips and welcome once again, to the madness that is PCF.

@Swampfox007 I was on my phone earlier. Here is a better photo of the wood case and a link to my son's vendor thread with lots more pics. The wood trays come completely out to easily take your chips to the table. You can get either the black 1000 chip trays (from Spinettis), use clear plastic racks, or have Alec make custom wood racks. He also makes smaller wood boxes custom sized to any chips set. Those are in another thread on his page.

Wow nice where did you get them from? I thought these chips were much more expensive then that price

Great score these are really nice chips. Are they mint? Or have they seen some games? What’s the going rate for these chips lightly used?

They are, seller didn’t know what he had. Great score!
So I take it these came from FB Marketplace, Craigslist or some other local source? not an auction where they would get bid up to fair value.
