Got my first sets of paulson samples in the mail yesterday that I ordered from apache also got a sample set of atlantic club hotstamps. I am waiting on a sample set of lady lucks that should come in next day or two.
I am really leaning towards building a small set of paulsons about 300-400 set. If the lady lucks feel anything like the ones I recieved I might just pull the trigger before the samples come in. The chip room has some really good prices on the lady luck 25s. And the 100s on apache seem a bit overpriced compared to what some are letting them go for here on the forum but I might just go for it.

My first set of paulson chip samples came in Friday and have been thinking about building a mixed set. I really like the lady luck $25s and $100. For the $1s I like the HSI 1a chip a lot better than the white and brown look of the lady luck. I like a little bit of each set from the lady luck and horseshoe Indiana. Any advice when it comes to mixed sets? or should I just make a set of one casino and stick with that? I had already made a post similar to this but I think I posted it in the wrong section newbie mistake.

Welcome! You can mix casinos, I however would not mix the moulds, unless you're going RHC to IHC.
Anyways, both the LL and HSI are affordable through the vendors here (not sure on Apache as I don't know what his mark up is for those) but most of what you are looking for will be floating around the forum. The LL and HSI are both RHC 39mm.
Also, you can label over or relabel your chips once you have them so all the labels will match, if you desire.

Some amazing mixed sets on here. I was thinking of a few things myself, one I was going to run with was a mixed Vegas cash set but I guess there are loads of different combos you can go for.

Welcome aboard!

I've been working on mixing different RHC chips from different casinos, and am pretty excited.

Yea I leaned towards a mixed set because building a complete set of one casino seems a bit expensive. Having a mixed set seems more reasonable price wise. Im also thinking about eventually labeling over chips, I like the options for denominations.
