i did some custom labels recently... Let me see if I can find a pick. I did the artwork.

these were blank chips. Wheatear mold, but not sure of the manufacturer. I posted about them on CT. The quality is awesome for a cheap composite chip, but they are not clay. They certainly are not plastic dice chips either

chips shown in the pic, but the pics with labels aren't my chips...

With the exception of the mold they look identical to Nexgens - same colors, same spot pattern. And IMO that's not a bad thing. It might sound like an oxymoron but Nexgens are my favorite chips from the slugged chip family :)
 
Ok. Re-labeling blanks is the way to go. The GV $500s that I used for the Terrible's 1K labels has a nice smooth surface. Didn't have too much trouble.
 
I wanted to creat cheap tokens to give out to students of my bike classes. However, after labeling a few of the white chips, I started to wish I'd simply created a custom set out of them with labels...
