My Chip Box Label Template (1 Viewer)

I was printing out another label for my Warneke boxes tonight (yes, I cant stop adding to this HSI set) and thought the print template could maybe be used by someone here.
I know it's not much work to make your own, but I figured I'd make it available if anyone cares to have it.
These are the labels:

I print the template with on a single 8.5"x11" Avery label with a color laser printer, then put a piece of clear packing tape over each one before cutting it (ghetto lamination ). There's a light gray frame around each label to help me cut it.

Originally done in Adobe InDesign, I also have it in pdf (not very editable), and eps format (much more editable)
If anyone wants the template to put in their own chip photos and text, I can send you a PM with a link.

Great idea! What about mini-nametag plastic sleeves that you glue to the boxes, and instead of labels, print out little cards that you can slip in and out of the sleeves?
