Multiple Chipsets in the same tournament (4 Viewers)

Is it okay to use two vegas-colored chipsets concurrently in the same tournament?

So I have a T1 chipset that can accommodate 80 folks. I also have another T1 chipset that can accommodate 30 folks.

My main event last year had 106 folks. This year, there would be 10 tables of the 1st chipset and 3 other tables of the 2nd chipset.

At the earliest possible time, the 3 tables with the smaller chipset will be colored up and moved to the tables with the main chipset.

The tables should stay balanced. New folks after 80 ppl will be added to the room with the 30 folks first, so there will be a constant stream of players.

They're Tiger Primary chips and Tiger VIP1 chips so all Vegas colored. It's really only the T1, T5, and T25 that are different between the same sets, I have enough T100, T500, and T1000 to cover the higher denominations.

I would lean towards it's fine.

Here is how I would evaluate it as a player.
Is the house taking a rake? If the answer is yes, that doesn't bother me, but I would hold the house to a higher standard.
Is it overly confusing to me or other patrons?
Would I rather see crappy chips that were a full set, or premium chips that I like lol?

As you balance tables, the chips will be mixed. Don't kid yourself into thinking they won't be.

As long as the base colors are the same, there should be no harm in it.

No rake all free to play. I figure every chip at the table will be of the same set haha.

My thought is that the 3 tables should balance at the same pace as the 10 tables because the blind levels are the same... I shouldn't ever have a need to ask someone from the pool of 80 to go to the pool of 30, because all the new folks enter into the pool of 30. The only time conversions will occur is when the last of the 30 table breaks into the pool of 80, right?

I think this qualifies as a reason to GET MOAR CHIPZ!

A new set of hybrids from Broken Arrow covering the entirety of your field (allowing 1 rebuy per person) would cost less than most here spend on smaller sets of paulsons.
