I recently won these chips at an estate sale and I know nothing about them. I’ve heard rumors they’re possibly tied to Las Vegas gangsters? I’d appreciate any information. Thank you.

The chips are marked Mr. Lucky. It’s hard to make out in the photos.

Welcome to PCF, need better pics of the chips and fewer of the case. They look like plastic injection chips to me from the one pic you posted. Not worth much, if anything, if that is the case.
