Logo help time again. I've purchased a new truck, a white Ram 1500 truck. So with the new truck, time for some decals on the tailgate. My current truck has a die cut decal with just the company name, phone number and email address in white with a black outline. This time I'd like to get my logo on it but without the round/oval border.

This proving difficult due to the giant RAM logo/emblem that's on the tailgate.

Here's my first draft. I'd like to get my phone number on the truck somewhere but I'm afraid it's already crowded. Maybe put my phone number instead of website?

I like it as is. And I think the website is better than a phone number. Websites are easier to remember than a phone number.

Yeah I agree with stocky. I like the website better than phone number. I think someone is more likely to check out the website first and then call anyway so as long as they can get your number from the website, you're good (just remove the "www." from the decal).

^^^Agree....... Most people these days just want to look and if they are serious about wanting tables, they will call. Website all the way.

You could always put the phone number on the bottom right bumper.

I originally didn't have the www in there but I decide to include it as I think it makes it look me symmetrical.

I thought about the phone number on one side of the bumper but it looked a little off unless I put something in the put side as well.

You could put just the Chanman part of the logo in smaller font on the other side of the bumper if you're worried about symmetry. It can't hurt to have your phone number up there too that's all I'm saying.

If you want to offset it, go with "Buy or Rent". That aspect of the business is missing right now.

I'm actually going to replace the "& More" with "& Rentals". For local advertising I use Rentals and for non-local ads I use More. I agree with you Chippy that I would like to get my phone number on it somewhere, but I'm iffy about putting it on the bumper.

Revision on the back and new pic of the side. These photos are just from online so the resolution is crappay.

I am considering removing the "RAM 1500" badges on the side so that I can center the logo better on the door.

Well I have the truck now and realized that mine has a black rear bumper, not white color matched like the photos I found online. So I'm going to stick with my original post. The only thing I think I might change is if I removed the RAM badge to center the entire logo. In the version below I would of course make the & Rentals the same size as the rest of the text.

Still not sure about the side...

I think these two (below) are perfect. Everything else shown above looks way too cluttered to me.

Nice looking truck btw; and leave the badges as-is.

The end result came out very nice. I had them installed on Saturday.

The small abbotsford decal on the bottom left has been removed.

Looks good. Side was a good call. Glad to see you stuck with Chanman. Has a nice ring to it.
