It is with some sadness that I must declare that I am suspending all sales of any poker chips and related items to all customers with USA addresses, whether in the Marketplace, by Group Buy, or by private message. I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of fellow Canadian PCF members as other members from around the world feel exactly the same way. The removal of de minimis exemptions is one thing, but the requirement for seller to PRE-PAY the duties/tariffs that the US government is responsible for collecting from its own citizens is the final straw.
I was hoping to run a small initial GB for Trillion cards from Japan for the general membership, and possibly expand it in the future, but the economic environment has literally destroyed the possibility. If I do run one, it will be small scale and involve only non-USA members whose trade agreements with Canada have not changed in the past years and require the buyers to assume responsibility for their own imported items.
With any luck these issues will be reversed in time, but I'm not holding my breath. Until then, look for the "non-USA" flag on Marketplace items and shop accordingly.
