You're paying for the shipping charge, so I don't mind...

Can someone please help with shipping to both CONUS and Canada? If I need to ship just 10 chips, do I use a small padded envelope? But I believe the shipping charge is significantly more if you go to the counter vs. using the kiosks at the post office?

What about 20 chips?
