So I'm going to have these for a day or two at most before I release them into the casino....the $2 and $2.50 chips might never have seen the felt as new as they come.and thrones were in circulation for one day prior to me harvesting them...the pink on the $2 is beautiful and $1 is white with peach.not sure on prices with these if someone can comment what decent price is(shipped).I'll go from there.
3 racks of $1
1 rack of $2
1 barrel of $2.50
And a single ten and five if people are interested in a random single

Last time I harvested for someone, they wanted $1s. So I bought a bunch of $.10 chips and changed them to $1s with a sharpie. Sold them to him for $3 each :)

Seriously though, as Larry mentioned, is common for people to sell at face value plus shipping. It’s also common for people to add a small surcharge for their time, etc.

I recommend somewhere between face value and more than face value...

Well, when I harvested for people from the newly-opened National Harbor in DC a few years ago, I did it for face value plus shipping.

But I guess that's too old-fashioned for what passes for today's "community"... :(

That's what I've noticed... this place doesn't have the sense of community like the early days at CT.

Those $2 chips are the Nuts...

I am pretty sure you would not lose money if you didn’t mind waiting for someone to buy them... they will sell a bit above face value for sure. But probably not way over face value. I am not an expert... but that’s what I think.

The way to go about it if you were trying to extract maximum value would be to try auctioning them. But that would take a few days.

Face value is the decent price.

Yeah, I would totally pay an extra 20 per rack for the troubles if I really wanted that exact chip etc. and that $2 chip has some serious wow factor in my opinion, much more than $2 per chip though... I’m not so sure...

It seems like most people on here sell chips in that condition @ 1.5 x. Unless they're Paris or Sams Town. Not sure if the people are demanding house molds but those are some nice chips. GLWS

I believe @ReallyGoodUsername harvested a bunch of these at face value (or very close to it) for several people.
that's what I did I harvested these for someone.and then the guy decided to go another way and wanted a refund.no big deal.so I figured I would try to make few extra bucks.im not trying to get rich off them lol

i think you could make a little bit of money on these. But maybe if you harvest for some people at cost they could repay the favor later on (by harvesting for you at cost or a different way). In my opinion it all depends on how much 30$ or 40$ profit per rack makes a difference in your life and if you want to invest in this place as a community or as a marketplace. We see both types of people here on the forum.

Im not a huge collector I buy a few at a time just to have the chips.i don't have money like that.and I appreciate the community it's small and some people are very friendly and easy to work with.but at the moment 20-30 a rack or whatever it would be.would help me out.and if not I cash them in and probably sit down at a poker table lol.if someone wants them they're here for the taking if not no big deal

Don’t let the “group identity” people push you in a direction you don’t want to go out of fear that you will lessen their “community”.

A group of people is a group of INDIVIDUALS first and formost. The real threat to the community is when people forsake their individuality in an attempt to fit in or appease others.

So you would rather give them back to the casino at face value than selling them at face value to another chipper?

If you’d like to make a judgement about someone, why don’t you be direct instead of beating around the bush?
Not making a judgement just wanted to understand his point of view. I really don't care if he sells at face value or for a profit.

Can you post a picture of the $5 chip?
Are these made by Paulson?

Any other odd chips available from same Casino?
$.25
$3
$1 or $2 in different colors.

Trying to figure out a low stakes set without paying $5 each for $5 or 25 cent chips
