I love 80-200 or half of big stack. That is a fine range imo.

Half of big stack can make the game very big if you have a couple of the right people at the table.

I run a friendly $.25/$.25 NL game and have buy in from $20-$60. Most players buy in for $40. Standard raise is $2-$3 so it plays kind of bigger than the blinds would indicate.

I think I may make an adjustment for rebuys though, up to 1/2 the biggest stack, as it is we just keep the same buy in guidelines for rebuys $20-$60.
