You may be able to buy them online from Sam's club for the non discounted price ($29.89).
I am able to add it to my cart, then switch to Ship It instead of Pick Up (the price goes up, but looks like it is allowed).
Estimated total shipped wth tax to Sacramento for example - $38.96
Since you are in CA, there is no 10% upcharge as a non-member.. just do a guest membership.
