That is correct.

There were two different color versions of the Matsui $20 plaques - the original somewhat monochrome offering by @SixSpeedFury , and the lighter two-tone version offered by @Apache (and pictured in the OP).

The MSK version came later, and is nowhere near the quality (or clarity) of the originals. All artwork was done by @p5woody , I believe.
