Sorry for the noob question, but are Majestic chips sold on other sites the same thing?

Have you already gotten samples from Apache of at least some of the different China Clays? If not, you should before ordering.

If you decide these are what you want, I would recommend posting in the wanted section. IMO these are nicer to handle after a bit of play. Or consider the royals, essentially the 43mm version of the majestic. Some are currently on the marketplace.

It looks like Apache restocks in August so not too much of a wait if this is what you decide.

Feel, texture, sound, shuffleability, colors, etc are all personal preferences. So what I find awesome, you may think sucks. Hence the constant mantra on here to get samples. I would be happy to send you samples of several chips if you pay the postage and promise to return them when you are done.

It's down to personal preference and availability. China clays are harder to come by than ceramics.

If you ask me, you’re better off ordering the hybrid Mirage chips for the same price. You can PM me if you’re curious as to why.

Majestic & Royals (43mm versions) are a nice chip, my only grip is they stink at first, you need to air them out.
There are some other European dealers that have them in stock, but you might aswell wait to order them in America, as they are double the price.

Agreed, I'll probably just wait on the restock if that's what I end up going with.

Well the problem is that if you live in the EU and want to order from apache, the shipping can (and often will) be as much as the products. And that is not including the import tax of 20%. I live in central EU and a 500 set of the Banks chips from apache would cost me 480€, incl shipping (126€) and 20% import taxes.
On pokermerchant I save the import tax and get them in 3 business days. Its shitty, but it is what it is.
