Anyone have experience with the 40mm Justin chip racks and the Apache Majestic CC?

Are the chips snug or a little loose?

Do the Justin racks come in a pair (top & bottom)? Or do I need to order 2 racks/100 chips to fully encase them?

I would describe them as a perfect fit. They jiggle slightly when in the rack without the top on, but once you put the top on, they are rather snug. Here's mine:
