I assume that the Gear labels are easy to remove. How difficult is it to remove the original labels? Do you know if they come right off?

Very easy exacto knife is all you need: depends how OCD you are on the re label lol..:or you can just label over the old.

If you’ll look at the white 10,000’s I relabeled all those.

If you are going to do this kind of crap, you should at least be transparent upfront so perspective buyers know.

“IMMEDIATE MONETARY TRANSACTION REQUIRED” should preface every one of your sales adds.
 
Offers don’t consummate a sale. How is keeping options and buyers aware an issue?

If you haven’t had a response back from a potential buyer..why would you not post an update?

While I appreciate your advice on how transactions should be prefaced..this post is not malicious or “crap”. I am simply trying to move my items in a timely fashion. Not trying to offend anyone. Apologies if it came across that way.

A lot of people make offers to buy chips when they are not in a position to actually make the transaction go through. You stated the sale was PENDING. As that buyer, if I didn’t know that an immediate transaction was required, I’d be like WTF!! We had a deal for me to buy these chips but you go and sell them to someone else because they gave you funds faster. I don’t understand your logic.

I can understand this to an extent for sure. Again, not my intentions. I should have put in that post that the buyer hasn’t responded back yet and that’s why it’s still open for offers. Could have worded it better. Understood. However, whether they have the position to buy or not..if I accept your offer and don’t hear back from you in a reasonable time frame..I’m moving on.

Thank you again for your advice. We all learn something daily.
 
Your wording is very unfortunate and doesn’t jive with your “I’m moving on” philosophy.

If you really moved on this would no longer be a pending sale. But you kept it pending just in case the original buyer comes back and says “hey, I’m buying that.” That way you maintain the sale, whether it is to the original buyer or the next one in line. I think most of us here can see this. There is no need to present the appearance or tell others that you are looking out for other buyers next in line because you’re not.

If verbal deals become null and void with you if a response or monetary transaction is not received before 24 hours are up, then buyers should be aware of that. Your sales add said nothing of the sort.

You should have cleared the PENDING SALE mark from the add. No one here is going to move in on another member’s pending sale. And you offering it up that way paints you in a very negative light.

You’ve got a great set of chips here at a great price. They will sell. GLWS.

The oil sealing process. There’s a distinct difference once the chips are oiled and “sealed” in my experience all though clay…they become more glossy/shiny and somewhat hardened on the edges. Let me see if I can find a picture to show ya!
