The one on the left looks like it might be lockable? The handle looks like it extends all to way to the wall so you can install a lock between them.
I have one that looks like that and it can also hold 43 mm racks. I’m not sure yours is the same but it looks like it’s built the same.

It may just be shadows and lighting too, lol.
