How many players and max buy in. We can make this breakdown more efficient for you.

@detroitdad , welcome the input.
they normally play at most 8 players, buy in anywhere from $20 to $60 (all with quarters and $100 being the most i’ve seen them do) and play 25c/50c mainly.
i had planned on starting them at 20 25c and 20 $1.00 - and if they buy more than $25 initially or rebuy, introduce the $5 chips. once $5s are gone, move on to the $25.
was hoping to fit it in a 500 brief case for them.

160 - .25c
160 - $1
120 to 140 - $5
40 to 60 - $25

100 x .25
160 x 1 (I would prefer this to be 200 x 1)
200 x 5
40 x 25

This will allow for your game to group without having to buy more chips.

Starting stacks for a $20.00 buy in. Anything over a $20.00 buy in use the $5.00 chips

12 x .25
17 x $1

16 x $5

If you're playing any kind of buy-in for $20 or less I suggest just breaking all denoms down into pennies. $1 = 1 cent , $5 = 5 cents, $25 = 25 cents, $100 = $1 and so forth lol that's how my micro stakes group does it.
