Probably something like this for example (Thanks BGinGA):

240 x T25
240 x T100
100 x T500
150 x T1000
10 x T5000

Then the starting stacks would be

12 x T25
12 x T100
5 x T500
6 T1000
---------
35 chips

Any help is appreciated thanks.

What are you looking for? I started with Milano’s and they worked great for me. I have since upgraded to custom ceramics. With your numbers you could go China clay at around $.30 a chip, custom ceramics between $.60-$.80 a chip or the real deal from $1+ a chip. Get samples.

Edit - didn’t realize this was a WTB post - I have nothing to sell. Good luck with your search!

Thanks, I was thinking about Milanos. Tournaments for our group may only be once a month or once every other month so I wasn't wanting to put a whole lot into a tournament set.

Ceramics...? :whistling:
I know of a 3 table set that's pretty cheap! Maybe just the thing your looking for... :whistling:1623 chips!!! I know the guy... Pretty good dude!!!;)

I have a CPS set for sale in the classifieds, the only thing is that they’re higher denominations.
500, 1000, 5000, 25000
(And bounty chips)
Selling them for .40 cents a chip if that’s your cup of tea ;)
Good luck in your search!

Thanks, I'll take a look at those. I suppose we could raise the demos so long as the ratios work out.

This might be a better breakdown for chips (from BGinGA)

recommend using 16/16/4/6 and/or 12/12/5/6 starting stacks for a 10-player set, creating these minimum totals to accomplish both options:
160 x T25
160 x T100
50 x T500
80 x T1000
---------------
450 chips

and bumping those numbers to accommodate re-buys and larger stacks:
160 x T25
160 x T100
60 x T500
100 x T1000
20 x T5000
---------------
500 chips

If you insist on 600 chips, increase the numbers as follows, which also supports the occasional 2-table event (8/8/4/7 stacks):
160 x T25
160 x T100
100 x T500
140 x T1000
40 x T5000
------------
600 chips

Here's the 600 chips Pharaoh's set I have. I've had it for a few years, but never got it into play. (I've since bought several other tourney sets, and don't need them all.) I'd be willing to sell this set for $200 shipped, including the 6 plastic racks. The racks are probably 68mm size, they're not marked or branded, but they are sturdier than some cheap racks. That's basically a price of $0.28 to 0.30/chip + shipping & racks.

Breakdown:
160 x T25
160 x T100
80 x T500
160 x T1000
40 x T5000
Total Bank = T420,000

Notes:
- This allows 20 players with T10000 stacks at 8/8/4/7 breakdown, 13 players with 12/12/5/6, or 16 players with 8 stacks of 12/12/5/6 & 8 stacks of 8/8/4/7. (if my math is correct)
- It also allows 20 stacks of T15000 or T20000, by using 20 or 40 T5000s.
- With a full 20 players, color ups would be done with the spare 20 T1000 chips (just make change with the big stacks for T500 & T100 chips)
- I like the 8/8/4/x breakdown because it's exactly 20 chips, that fit in racks, so they can be stored with the stacks pre-prepared -- just add the higher denom chips to the T3000 stack of 20 needed for the desired starting stack.

(If you need a few weeks to decide/get samples, etc. that's fine. I'll hold onto these until 1/14/2018 or until you decide, whichever comes first.)

That's a nice price for some good China Clay chips. Easily added on to as well since you can find these in the classifieds often or buy them new.
