Looking for advice on machined aluminum racks (1 Viewer)

I am going to design and machine up some chip trays that are really high end for myself and may consider doing custom orders for the guys who wants sick things to show off to their buddies or the ballers of the poker chip world.

I have a few questions for users to get input if you guys would give some.

1. If you were to have a tray setup that would stack and store chips in sizes of 39/43/50mm would you care if the size of them were like the 43mm rack size for all the chips or would you prefer 39mm racks size? I know some storage allows fitting of 43mm racks in the same birdcage.

2. Or would you prefer the size to follow the 39mm sized racks?

3. If there was a rack for 50mm chips would you want the height to be the same as the other racks or would you be ok if the 50mm was taller to encompass more chips in the rack like 40 vs 80. Essentially the height of 2 x 39mm racks.

4. Would you like an option to anodize them in various colors?

5. Would you like an option to customize the art or add a personal touch or logo?

Well I can assure you I'm certainly not full of it and I will never take anybody's money.

I am going to make myself a set and then if people are interested we will discuss that at that time, if I care to make anymore. I was mostly looking for input from members of what they would prefer see if it compares to what I would prefer in case I do decide to make some for others I am not making more changes. I am more then capable of making these, own the equipment and know what I am doing.

Hopefully I can get some input.
