Wanted Looking for a nice set to rent or possibly buy for my bachelor's party (17 Viewers)

Chip Sets
Hi all, newbie here.

I'm looking for a nice set (preferably Paulson) to play with for my bachelor's party (1 night).

I would cover the shipping and an additional fee agreed upon with the seller.
Since I don't have a reputation here, my idea was that I pay the full value of the chips (or a deposit), and when I return the chips I get paid back minus the agreed fee.

I'm a fan of Paulson chips but unfortunately not in a financial situation to sustain it into a hobby (only have a few barrels of Paulson chips). Although, if I fall in love with the chips and my future wife doesn't kill me I might be open to discuss keeping the chips (if the seller is willing of course).

I would love to see pictures of anyone interested in helping out.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum! Couple of questions:

What kind of breakdown are you looking for and what stakes do you play?
When did you need the set by? I noticed your located in the Netherlands, international shipments can take up to a month sometimes.
Thanks!

I'm flexible on the breakdown and the denominations because it won't be a cash game, but a tournament like game with a prize, so the chips denominations won't be too important. I'm looking for enough chips for an 11 player game (I was thinking around 300? but also flexible on this).

I would need the set in at most 4 weeks from now.

Thanks!

Actually, I think the breakdown for a tournament game is even MORE important than in a cash game. So is the blind structure and timing. Generally, you'll want around 400 chips for a 10-person table, depending on the denominations.
Whichever set you get, I recommend looking up some of the starting stack and blind progression threads here on PCF that match the set you end up borrowing. Or maybe the lender can help you tailor the set to your needs.
Good luck!

I have a tournament set of SPW that I could rent out. They aren’t paulsons but they are a fan favorite. I’ve got some accessory chips for tournaments as well. PM me if you’re interested
