The Outlaws $5 chip is purple, not red. I haven’t seen an Outlaws frac. The smallest Outlaws chip is the $1.

What do you mean by "correct"? Per the TCG none of the others are fantasy or replica chips so they were issued by the casino though may not be current. Some of them were entered (on TCG) by Greg Susong who was one of the GOAT single collectors. I'd be surprised to learn he mis-cataloged something. I think I have a red $5 myself somewhere in my own sample set.

The chips on the list aren’t necessarily scarce. Some are common ($5 kings, lots of garden city, etc.). I just don’t have them, and haven’t been to a show to find them.

I've been gathering them for a little while now and am right around 2 barrels. They don't seem to surface too often. The shaped inlay 100s are a lot more common.
