List your Keeper sets (1 Viewer)

I’m defining “keeper” in this case as complete sets that have enough for a variety of game stakes, and are sets I would never sell in part or whole. If I even have the slightest inkling that I might sell or trade them even in the distant future, they’re not listed below.

*Some of the sets below, I do have some extra racks of some denoms (either worse condition than the others, or from a different purchase, that might come available for trade or sale.)

Have you ever played with Bud Jones coin-in-center chips yet? Personally, I think they're awesome chips. Especially the brass CIC ones. I've never seen anyone put together a full set of the Colorado Belle chips before (they might be live still?), but I've always thought it would be such an epic set if someone did. They're not for everyone, but those who like them LOVE them.

My only keepers:

Foxwoods 1st gen THC set - it’s unique and irreplaceable

Crystal Palace hot stamps - these grimy old bastards from 1978 were the first chips I was drawn to, here. They caught my attention because they were almost in my price range (almost a dollar per chip?!?!?) But I fell for them because they just seemed non-glamorous - I imagined the Crystal Palace Gambling Hall in Laughlin, NV was the kind of dive with sawdust on the floor where real poker was played.

Yeah, that post is making a liar out of me. I've already sold the foxwoods and I may sell the crystal palace soon. I have a whole set, something like 160 fracs, 200 $1s, 320 $5s, 100 $25s. But yeah the fracs are the most commonly seen of the set. I wouldn't say they come up for sale often, but I'd think if you looked around you could find some. They're a nice shade of blue and they're perfectly broken in - shuffles like butter is the perfect description.
