I’m exhausting all my options before making a decision. I’m looking for a limit set. I would like the set to be composed of the following

400+ Quarters
100 Fives

I’m open to ceramics and clay. No metal insert chips please.

Have you considered non-denomination? A popular recommendation is to get $1s and $20s... and simply use the denomination as a "unit." In your case, your unit is 25c and your 20x unit is $5.

This will open up the availability of nice chips for not an extreme price. I'm sure you can find casino used dollars for substantially less then casino used quarters.

Very true. I’ve had someone explain it, but not in those terms. This is a far more clear explanation.
