Smells like chips.
I just bought some chips from an old California cardroom that smell like an odd combination between the smell of these boxes and something like cedar.
I have an old Lowe chip case that has its own odor, inside.
These are smells that are noticible, but not at all unpleasant. And once your mind starts to associate these smells with poker, then you really like it.
