I really like the look of the Imperia set! Did the blue chips come with your purchase?
Thanks, I got the Blue chips elsewhere and mix them with the set.

They are ceramic stock.
How slippery are your plastic sets compared to each other and to clay chips?
Generally, Casino-grade plastic have pretty high QC and not slippery. (Esp the heavier weighted plastic)

I used to own casino used clay and some of them can be more slippery than plastic at times.

(The Imperia set is actually more slippery compared to my other 3 sets, BG being the least Gemaco Second and BJ third)

You might want to get samples as it seems like not everyone has the same tastes when it came to plastic.

There are also different product lines even for the same manufactory, example Gemaco haver 2 lines (1 being the Tropicana Evan with the sharp edges and my Opus line is one with a slight round edge)

If slipperiness is your main concern, Clay and Casino-grade plastic are generally a non-concern. Unlike Tina Ceramic where they will wear and become slippery over times.

One plastic that is known to be overly slippery that came to my mind is the Matsui Emerald Bay.

Scored a couple racks of affordable Blue Sahara $1 awhile back with the intention to pair them up with my Paulson Classic Set (Not a fan of the original $1 and they are too pricy too).

I think the Sky blue $1 pair up very nicely with the Red $5.

I can also mix them up with my other Paulson set for a Vegas line-up since I never owned any Blue $1 previously, my fracs are rarely in place nowadays since I primary play Stake $1/1 and $1/2

Minor updates on add-on to the set & Sales.

(i) Horseshoe Cincinnati Cash Set

As I rarely host nowadays due to having a newborn baby and things unlikely to change for the next few years, I figured I don't really need 2 RHC sets anymore.

Between Diamond Jacks and Horseshoe Cincinatti, I like my DJ more than the HSC so HSC was listed and sold in the past few days.

(ii) Paulson Classic Set
After spending some free times during past week to remove all the over-Labels of previously mentioned Sahara $1, they now fit nicely with the set for a Family photo.

(iii) Tangiers Tina Housemold

The early production samples look good, I been holding back on buying any hybrid Tina and these looks like I might finally pull the trigger to purchase one set to add to my collection.

Chipping have been slow as evidenced by the lack of updates, but I am excited to add another premium plastic to my collection / variety

Gotten them in the following breakdown
Fracs x 100 (Snappers to be use as 25c)
$1 x 200
$5 x 400
$25 x 100
$100 x 80
$500 x 20

This will also be my 5th Plastic Set (Gemaco, B&G, BJ CIC, BJ S2 & Abbiati) in my collection.

I can't wait for them to make it to Singapore and put them into play.

More pictures once I gotten them in hand.

Imperial Pacific Saipan BJ S2 Cash Set
The newest addition to my collection and currently my 12th Set.

I first heard about noises regarding these deals about 2 years ago and are glad to see the chips haul is finally reveal to the public.

Being a Chinese, I do enjoy the Chinese characters on the labels as well too with the $500 chip being my favorite.

BG part of the set is amazing; I also like the holograms on the labels on the $100+ denomination, personally I also enjoy shuffling chips that is on the heavier side as well.

As for the BJ S2 part of the set, I personally rate them slightly lower than my OPUS chips and the lighter weight of them didn't help too.

Also, the chips are way cleaner than I anticipate. TBH, they don't even need any cleaning. Likely due to lack of traffic/customers which is also prob the reason why the casino closed down in the end.

Will be using the snapper as 25c if need and this chip breakdown is excellent for my usual $1/1 to $2/2 stake game.

This Set will mainly be used to cover 50c/$1 to $2/$2 stake.

Minor updates on Addition & Sales.

(i) Webmold Blank Cash Set

I received a set of Webmold blanks (molded under the Rounders) as a gift from my buddy @tmham and will be doing a Rounder tribute set with these.

I always want to own a Rounder set (as a Rounder fan) but I am overall not a fan of most CPC mold (only molds I like is HHR) and the price is pretty steep for my limited budget as well, so a tribute set on Tina seem like a good solution.

Done a mock-up label and will receive the labels in 1-2 weeks.

Below is a preview and hopefully to get the labels done and ready within the next few weeks.

(ii) BTP 43mm Card Mold Set

One of my first sets here and sold them locally as I no longer use them anymore and Hybrid Tina is vastly superior > early gen Tina chips.

(iii) Hustler Replica Textured No Mold Set

Similar reason as above, I give these away to my brother who happen to be looking for a set for causal uses but didn't want to break the bank

Rounders Tribute Web Mold Cash Set
Very pleased to add a Rounders Tribute set into my collection. They turned up as nice as I have pictured and only at a faction of the cost compared to most of my other sets which is added bonus.

Went with the simplified classic design of a bear (cub) with the denominations, these will also be my main loan set (after I sold the BTP Card mold) among friends/family.

This Set can cover from 25/25c up $2/$5 stake if needed too

Jack Cincinnati Cash Set

It been a while since I posted as I took a very long break from chipping as RL stuff keep me way more occupied than I need to.

Jacks Cincinnati is my very first Paulson set that I had used the most way over 2 years before selling it back to the market.

3 years+ forward and I found myself with an opportunity to reunite with the set at a very good pricing as 1 of the local chippers no longer interested in chipping and don't want the hassle of shipping / selling it back to the US. Maybe it a rush buy, maybe because it is my first Paulson set that it means something more to me, maybe I might resell them back again to complete the circle of chipping life again.

End of the day, I bought it and the overall condition is still very good, dirty but well cared for. Will need to give them a wash sometime down the line.

I plan to relabel some RHC $1 to Jacks to make it an all RHC lineup in the future, just need to find some suitable RHC $1 to make it.

Also, this set might be the only Paulson set that I am comfortable to loan out to close friends and family too.

This set is rolled to cover anything from $1/1 to $2/5 stake, even $5/5 for a 6 handed game.

Diamond Jacks Cash Set

I finally got my hand on some DJ $500 to complete my set and also an opportunity to updates and take some new pictures

The whole set looks so pretty and is complete now with the $500 add-on, this set felt so underappreciated (Hot Pink Snapper, tri-moon $5 and the sweet $100)

Also, now every single Cash Set of mine have $500 as the highest denomination.
