Feels like it to me. CG states these as being issued in 1998 so I think the timeline fits as well. In either case, thanks for your insight.

For potential buyers, barrel weight is 207g.
 
Are those spots Day Blue and Metallic Gold on the Eddies chips? Could we get a better pic of the face of the chip?
