I grabbed a Lakeside Healthcare BV05 off of FB Marketplace.
Lakeside Healthcare BV05 on amazon and global industrial.
Generic version on global industrial for less.

These guys are small:

All drawers are keyed.

Mine is the color above but wheels are like the one here:

Which might be better.

10 starting stacks 15/13/11 and 4 rebuys before moving into the big denoms. Not chip pr0n. Cart pr0n.

The top deep drawer holds cash bank. I kept a laptop on top tray for record keeping as needed.

I grabbed one off FB Marketplace new for $100 after another forum member turned me onto the repurposed medical cart use. There are less expensive options, especially given the size but this one fit just right so I bit on it and paid up. Each narrow shelf holds 7 Justin Rack bottoms setup as chip tray and can fit two more racks behind them for 900 chips per shallow shelf.

I really needed something compact so this worked better than most of the other repurposed tool carts. It moves well enough to put it where you want for a night of game play but this isn't the cart you'd roll around a ballroom at some MTT event.

The drawers don't hold well if your floors are uneven, especially with heavy chips in them. Last night I was fighting with the drawers if the cabinet wasn't locked but would have to hold or push in the drawers to get the lock to engage. I grabbed two of these this am at lowes: Stoneware potted plant bases for $2 each and under the front wheels the cabinet is now very serviceable for my use.

This cabinet also doesn't have the safety a file cabinet would have to disallow pulling out multiple draws at the same time. Again, for my use, I'm very happy and maybe for your use you'd be happy too (not at retail pricing but at FB Marketplace / Craigslist pricing.) The capacity far exceeds home game norms with space for accessories. When you're just swiveling around in a chair the low height is just right.
