Cart listed at $120 but can probably get for less. There's some damage on lower right - you should make sure the lock and keys work too. Some damage lower left but. The decor is somewhere home friendly compared to red or black tool carts.

I have basically the same cart from "Lakeside Industrial" as a chip cart and it's great.
7 Justin rack halves fit snug across the front with some extra tubes or supplies in back.
or 10 tubes plus 2 racks and setups and Dealer Buttons is how I use it now (10 tubes and 3 racks shown below)
