There was a card room in Lake Elsinore, CA that had $500 and $1000 chips made.
i guess i should have been more specific. how did they make it from the casino to the collectors hands given we know how the rest of the chips made it out

You see there was this whale - he killed it one night at the table - $120,000. He went to cash out but the line was WAY too long. So he went home and figured he'd go back and cash out on Tuesday when the line wouldn't be so long.

Unfortunately the casino closed on Monday. So he was shit out of luck and sold the chips 12 years later at an estate sale for $860.

Now they are being offered to us!

pretty sure the casino is still open..... awesome story telling skills though. are you available for childrens parties?

Not usually my style, but I could maybe see these warranting it at some point. For now they will be reunited with old friends in my Elsinore set :)
Awesome! If it happens in the future I’d love to add these to my sample set to complete it! These chips are so nice though very nice pickup.
