After the dust settled I have a nice cash set and tourney set. My plan is to relabel 200 $1’s as NCV so I can use them as T500”s or $1’s if we have two cash tables.l

Nice set, but I wouldn't relabel any $1's. The amount of higher denoms you have is plenty for even deepstack tournament use starting with 5/5 blinds, and it would be a shame to lose some original inlays. If you must have $500's, there are better ways to go about it IMO.

Such a lovely set! I second @philhut 's suggestion of a 500 plaque. And who knows, eventually a stray barrel of purple, blue, yellow, brown ewings might pop up that you can convert. Until then, plaque would work fine!
