I have 3 racks available, they're all in similar, very good, casino-used condition. Two racks are Empress Joliet Roulettes,

Remaining rack is hot stamped with "RUS" on one side and "$1.00" on the other. The RUS chips are either dark blue or navy. Most could use a bath and a light oil.

$60 for the rack

If anyone has another couple racks of it and is interested in selling let me know - I contacted Jp about these but didn’t want to commit unless I was able to get the three to 4 racks I’m looking for in the same color.

I've just compared used , known royal blue chips to how these look with age, seems closer to royal, but again, not certain
