I have (2) barrels of yellow PCR NCV v1 available, both were milled by @Josh Kifer. Originally intended on using these as Show'em chips for my WTHC set, but....chipping. These were sold to me as mint and have not been felted. They are probably closer to near mint, but please judge condition for yourself. Happy to send any additional pictures.
