I ended up missing out on the sample sets on the first round from Jim but managed to get some on the second round thankfully. I'm sure others missed out as well so I'm "raffling" off a chance to purchase these at my cost.

The "winner" of the raffle/loterry sale or whatever you want to call it will determine who gets to purchase the sample set. That means it's FREE to enter the raffle and then once the winner is chosen he/she will purchase the sample set from me via paypal friends and family.

This particular sample set will include all the chips like Jim's sample set with the exception of the secondary chips. It DOES include the Grand Opening Chips. 11 chip[s total as can be seen in the picture below.

If we take Jim's pricing of $99.99 less the secondary set prices it comes out to $68.44 before shipping I believe. So my asking price will be $68.44 plus shipping via a usps small flat rate box.

I will let people sign up for the raffle until Wednesday March 27th at 10am Central Standard Time. If your time stamp says 10am on the 27th you missed it. If it says 9:59 am then you are good. At that point I will assign everyone a range of numbers. We will use the Wisconsin pick 3 lottery numbers from Thursday March 28th to determine who gets to purchase the sample set. https://wilottery.com/lottogames/pick3.aspx

I'm doing it this way so everyone has a fair shot at getting a Jack sample set rather then auctioning them off to the person with the deepest pockets.

Per this quote from Tommy I believe this type of "raffle" is still allowed. If it's not just let me know @Tommy .
So in a related vein, to be sure:

Is it safe to assume that the "lottery sale" -- i.e., a lottery to determine who from among a group of willing buyers gets to purchase something -- is still allowed?

Thanks...
Yeah those are fine.

I was able to pick up a sample set in the first sale, so I won't sign up for this. Just wanted to say, this is a nice gesture towards those who weren't able to get in on either of the sales! :)

I'm in!

As an aside, if I win I won't need the $5GO, $25GO, $2.50, $1000, or $5000, so I'd be willing to split my win with someone else who is just looking for high denoms (at Jim price).
