I'm satisfied with what I've got......but About to try and finish a semi custom Paulson set. And would like to do a couple CPC custom set ideas eventually as well as a house mold custom set. But I could (should) be happy with what I have

I've got ideas for custom sets for days , and will be sending payment for another one this week, and will likely have at least one more custom set made in the next year or two. BUT - if I weren't to obtain any more sets other than the ones I currently own /have paid for right now, I'd be perfectly fine.

Singles, though...I'm always hunting for those

^^ Yep, that's where I'm at. Happy with the casino / fantasy / semi-custom sets that I currently have (with some minor expansions on the horizon), and there aren't very many sets that I've ever really wanted that I haven't already owned at one point in time. Still have a few more chips to sell, plus the allure of a future custom set (or two).

I don't know if everyone else had the same experience - but this is how I've progressed.

Dice chips
"Upgraded" chips - either ceramics or CCs (mine were Tiki Kings)
Custom CPCs
Paulson Set 1 (cash)
Paulson Set 2 (tourney)
Started selling extras

I think from here my next move is going to be a nice cash set, but not sure exactly what I want to target. Similar boat...nothing is striking me. Well, I take that back, would really like a set of Boardwalks .

New chipper here, bout two to three months in now. My wallet says I’m happy with the sets I have, some cash some tourney, some cc some BJ some pretty used Paulson.

That being said as a new guy I’m still in need of cut cards, custom samples to inspire whatever I eventually do, dice, racks, etc. It’s Sunday and we don’t get mail. My hands are shaking.

Guys, I want to say thank you for all the calls and texts to check on me. I want you to know that I did indeed make it through Sunday, the depression was real but staying up until 2 AM to watch WSOP main event helped a little.

Luckily it's Monday and deliveries can resume. I don't think I'm getting anything in on Thursday if someone has a custom sample they want to sell. I should not have selected Yeah on the questionnaire.

I’m not. I think the influx of mint chips has satisfied many. Secondly I used to be of the mindset that you needed to be able to host a three-five table meet up with your set (if planning on that) however I have come to realize that others are super excited to get a chance to put their chips into play so they bring them and you have a few single tables running separate banks.

Its not uncommon any longer for a meet up to have three separate tables/banks/chips in play. I think its awesome. I'm a chipper. This gives me an opportunity to play with a bunch of sexy sets of chips.

Hell, I think I will bring to chip sets to @Jeff meet up. I was just going to bring the Detroit Jack's. I think I should also bring the TRK Poseidon chips. Their to unique not to show off!!!

I just sold one of my sets because I felt I had too many and it wasn’t one of the sets I love.

I feel I am content with the sets I have. That said, I will probably continue to expand the sets I have a little at a time to make them playable for 2 tables.

I always feel like I should be selling sets. I think I have too many. I don't need the poker money, so why sell? I have three TRK sets, two CPC sets, a paulson set and 1600 Matsui's on the way.

At most I host once a month

After buying and selling a bunch of sets, I am happy with what I have now. There's a few more chips I need to complete barrels but other than that, I like what I have (which is kind of sad that I have just about completed my grail set and the hunt is pretty much over)

I like where I am atm...espec. with the current chip prices (the good old days of cheap chips are not commin' back, some limited offers excluded.
Own more sets then I can ever use...but something from every corner of the chip universe

- PCA cash with lot of custom goodies (hotstamped dimes, hotpink quarters, set-ups of plastic PCA cards, a few DB's, ..., 1200 chips total)
- Key West cash set with one custom chip; blue quarter (limit set and regular cash, 1600 total)
- BCC MGK custom micro cash set with own hotstamp design and TRK colors, 800 total)
- Mixed cash set with 1 rack ES quarters, 3 racks of uncirc Ballys $1, 2 racks of AS fivers, 80 AS $20 & 20 AS $100
- AS 1 table tourney set (hotstamped, 600 chips total)

Only a nice TRK set is missing, owned one (Rounders tourney, 600 factory mint chips)....miss those but want to mill a solid tourney set with old school inlay design. This is the only set I regret selling....I will take A LOT to get me back in buyers mode (altho those uncirc Ballys in the classifieds did tickle my private parts
