Love the snapper, so it gets my vote.

The $100 is also very nice and in a vacuum would be a contender for a great chip.

The $5 appeals to me as a retro-style chip. On the scrown mold it would have been my pick

As others mentioned, the $25 makes a great Irish-themed chip. A limit game loaded with $1s and value chip $25s would be awesome!

Great set.. tough call.
The most "Irish" looking are the $1 and $25 with traditional Irish colors.
Color matching on the inlays is nice. I think the inlay goes best with the $1 overall.
Really a toss up, but I'll go with the $5 since I really like the spot pattern / color combo.. though my vote could change tomorrow
