Hello PCFers!
My name is Jesse and I have just started playing poker in the last year or so. I started playing online microstakes casually until I found a local .50/1 game where I learned to play live and had a blast. For the past few months I've been working to get my own game going with some friends who have never played, and it's already becoming a regular thing where we're all improving our game and being competitive. I've upgraded my setup with every session - we now have a nice octagon table instead of the folding topper, plastic playing cards, and denominated sluggos from The Poker Store I got on clearance. The plan is to insulate and convert my garage into a space that I can host multi table tournaments. I'm looking forward to participating in the forum and especially the opportunity to get in on group buys to get customized sets of chips.
