This set here in the photos is 100% not Tina’s. They used to be mine. @Gear made the custom fracs for me.

With the recent sale of 380 chips for $800, perhaps OP's "start auction around $5k" for 1,360 chips drew less interest than expected.

Fair assessment. Link to Another recent sale, looks like the value comes out to about $2.50 a ship, OP was asking close to $3.67. Others have indicated $3.50 a chip would be a fair floor value (tbh I don't know what floor value means in this context), but I certainly wouldn't start the bid there.
