Bought these mainly directly from TCR sale, but added some higher denom barrels along the way to build a playable tourney set.

These chips are located in Belgium, indeed. I also think there is a fee involved, however I am not sure how high these are...

PayPal charges its USA users a fee to send anyone USD outside the USA.

The last time I paid it, the fee is $5. And that was to send USD (bank account) -> USD

If you choose to send internationally in "native" currency, you will also pay PayPal's currency conversion fees which are built-in to the amount you send.
