Sharing answer to question received via PM. I am based in San Diego, so shipping from within CONUS. Potential buyer thought I was in Canada due to flag on my profile.

I just asked @Tommy about that as I was trying to change my flag from Canada to US, but since I use my iPhone to access the forum the relay affects it up:

“The flag is automatic based on current IP. It's just the way geo IP database works sometimes especially if you use a VPN, proxy, or apple cloud relay.”

Pricing below my cost, I averaged $2.61 a chip, but don’t need these and looking to sell as I don’t want to keep/store them. That’s less than $2 a chip then $20 for the shipping (as part of the $420).
