Where does PCF land, you can only have one beef or pork?

My son says beef all the way.

For me, I’d have to go with pork. I love a good steak. Hamburger too. But with Hog you get ham, bacon, pulled pork, spareribs and baby back ribs, shank, tenderloin, you can make pork stew, and don’t forget carnitas!! Pork sausage(s) hundreds of different kinds - breakfast, Brats, etc.

Pork Rinds (don’t hate, they taste gooood).

And last but not least you have pork chops!!

And pork cutlets

Which would you choose if you could only have one forever?

Please dude. You can have all those things you mentioned (in beef form, ok except maybe bacon) with beef. And many many more. Plus smoked brisket>pulled pork any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Don't get me wrong, I don't subscribe to the "pigs are filthy animals" mantra, but if you're making be pick then.........

That's like asking me whether I can play with only Paulson or CPC chips for the rest of my days! Irrelevant -- I'll have both, along with other chips, TYVM.

Also, I live in Iowa, where both are important contributors to our economy. Isn't it my duty to eat both?

Damn, sloppy joes are good!! (I like the McCormack powder mix with fresh tomatoes puréed mixed in) It’s good!

But pulled pork it is not. (But still tasty)
